For Adults
Although you may be surrounded by many people, it is often hard to talk to those who are close to you, especially if it’s about something that is worrying or upsetting you. Talking to a trained therapist is an opportunity to safely explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a relationship without judgement or advice.
Giving yourself time and space in a therapeutic setting can provide clarity when you feel stuck, develop greater self-understanding and the ability to consider the possibility of choice and potential change, should you wish.
I work with adults of all ages and provide support with the following issues:
-
Anxiety
-
Depression and low mood
-
Stress and overwhelm
-
Social anxiety and panic attacks
-
Grief, loss and bereavement
-
Relationship problems
-
Self esteem and confidence issues
-
Suicidal thoughts
-
Neurodiversity
-
Change and control
-
Anger management
My sessions are either face to face, online or by telephone. I also offer Walk and Talk therapy – if this is something that would interest you, please get in touch to find out more.
